[Gmsh] meshing circular inclusions with desired element size

Hi Phu,

Thank you very much, it helped me a lot. I was searching for a code 
available in python but it's not a problem. 
I have another question, I get the .geo with my circles but I don't have 
the square for the RVE. I have to draw it by myself or there is a problem 
with my matlab code compilation? (I'am using Qtoctave instead of matlab)
