[Gmsh] Problem with periodic mesh around cylinder with extrusion

Dear All,

I am facing problem with 'periodic surface' in gmsh. I have created 3D mesh
around cylinder using extrusion (.geo attached here).
When I use Periodic Surface feature of gmsh it do not write complete
periodic data in .mhs file.

Am I using this feature correctly, specially when I using along with
extrusion feature?

I can generate periodic mesh inside cube without any problem.
