[Gmsh] problem with translate/duplicate

Hullo,

with reference to the attached geo file, picture "before.jpg" shows a detail of the geometry; if I translate and duplicate the circles in the picture, I obtain what can be seen in "after.jpg", which is correct. But at this point, if I just reload the geo file, I get what can be seen in "after_reload.jpg". What is the problem here? The translate & duplicate operation is done by last 3 lines in the geo file, which are now commented.
