[Gmsh] How to créate tethraedron layers from an irregular geometry

Hi, gmsh users:

Im trying to define a mesh of a sea portion delimited by a sea floor, the lateral contours contours of the volume, the line coast and the free Surface. I imported the 2d mesh as stl surfaces of the 2d faces into gmsh.

I considered 8 layers from contours

I created the topology (according from this post) to remove all dupplicated vértices.

I’ve created the volume  and then I could make the 3d mesh. The problem I found is that is considering one tethraedron layer from the boundaries.

Is there any way to adjust the tethraedron size in z direction or define a number of layers?

I attach the .stl files of the boundaries and the .geo script.
