[Gmsh] import a Terrain surface (STL) as the bottom of a computation domain

Hello, as described in the question, I have a STL file which contains an
uneven 3d surface mesh (represents the terrain of a mountain area). Flush
in X and Y sides, a rectangular shape if you look from top.
Is it possible that I can create a bounding box which has this imported STL
as the bottom piece?
I don't really know where to go after Merge "Terrain.stl";
