[Gmsh] Laplace and relocate optimizations

Hi all

Does anyone know why the methods "Laplace2D" for Laplace smoothing,
"Relocate2D" and "Relocate3D" for node relocation are available through
the API optimize() call but not from the Mesh.HighOrderOptimize option
within a .geo file?

Also... are there any references to how the different optimization
methods work?
