[Gmsh] gmsh : problem with ruled surfaces with BSplines

I have observed that when a ruled surface is created including
BSplines, some highly stretched triangles are generated at the boundary.
This is the case, even if a good regularity of the joined surfaces is
observed. (see attached figure)

If Splines are used instead of BSplines, a good result is obtained.

Have you ever experienced this ? And have you a solution to improve
this behavior ?

Thanks in advance.
