[Gmsh] Help /suggestions for constructing angled tangential inlet

Dear list members,

I'm having a bit of trouble using gmsh to construct a geometric figure 
consisting of a rectangular duct connecting tangentially to the top of a 
cylindrical section at an angle that is *not* perpendicular to the axis 
of the cylinder, and would appreciate help or suggestions (if it is in 
fact possible).  I've attached a PDF document containing images of what 
I'm after - number (2) is the problem - in case my explanation isn't 
clear enough.
