[Gmsh] Gmsh TetraP2

Hello,

I create a Tetrahedral P2 mesh with gmsh 2.9.3 and Gmsh convention seems different compared to INRIA or VTK conventions.

- For instance :

If my tetraP2 connectivity is 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 with Gmsh

it becomes 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 10 9 with VTK or INRIA
